Strike 1 — warn
Warning issued. The post is corrected or removed. Recorded in the strike register.
Strike 2 — register
Second warning, recorded, with the code suspended pending a conversation and a written acknowledgement.
Strike 3 — remove
Agreement terminated, code permanently revoked, ambassador removed from the programme.
Outside the three strikes — immediate breach, no warning stage: supplying products outside research use; advising a specific person on dose, administration or protocol; claiming to be Voltranis Labs or to speak for it; refusing a takedown request.
Everything above applies identically to comments, direct messages, replies, voice notes, stories, group chats and anything else that disappears after 24 hours. When a follower asks the question an ambassador cannot answer, the answer is: Voltranis Labs supplies these for laboratory research use only and does not provide guidance on use. Then stop, and refer to the escalation path.
