What it costs, when it is free, collecting it yourself, and what has not been settled yet.

What it costs

£10.00 per order, however many parcels it takes.

£15.00 where the order has to travel chilled — that is any order containing a pen, a cartridge or a nasal spray, which are supplied made up rather than as a dry powder. One charge per order, not per item: a single chilled line makes the whole parcel a chilled one.

Free either way when the goods on your order come to £250.00 or more.

Two details worth knowing, because they are the ones people get caught by. The £250.00 is measured after any discount has come off — so a basket above it whose discount code brings it back under does pay delivery. And landing exactly on £250.00 is free, not one penny short of it.

The charge is shown as its own line at checkout before you confirm anything, and again on your confirmation and your order record. It is never folded into the price of an item.

When it is worked out

The delivery charge on your order is calculated by our server when the order is placed, from the basket as it stands at that moment — not by your browser, and not from a figure your browser sends. If you have had a page open for a while, the figure the server works out is the one that counts, and you see it before you confirm.

Collecting it yourself

You can collect an order instead of having it delivered. Choose collection at checkout and book a time; there is no delivery charge.

Our registered office.

When. Monday to Friday, 17:00 to 20:00, by booking only. Book a 15-minute time at checkout. Times open from the next weekday and run up to two weeks ahead. Bank holidays in England and Wales are closed.
Paying. Pay by card online when you place the order, or in cash when you collect. Cash is only taken for collection.
What to bring. Your order reference. If you cannot make your time, get in touch and quote it.

What has not been settled

Rather than guess at these, they are listed as open. Each will be filled in here when it is decided.

Who carries it. We have not yet appointed a delivery carrier, so no courier is named on this site and none is implied.
How long it takes. With no carrier appointed there is no delivery time we could state and stand behind, so none is stated. You are told an expected date when your order is dispatched.
Where we ship to. We have not yet published the list of destinations served. The checkout is the authority on where an order can currently be sent.
